We are a family-owned and operated business located on CHEROKEE LAKE in Rutledge, Tennessee.  GREENLEECAMPGROUND was built on the Greenlee family's farmland in the early 1970s and has been in our family since the late 1980s.  This 'original' Greenlee offers only long-term (Seasonal) CAMPSITES.  Please see either Greenlee of MAY SPRINGS or Greenlee of FALL CREEK for short-term campsites.  We also offer CABIN Rentals, BOAT Rentals, Full-Service MARINA, and BOAT Sales & Service featuring SYLVAN, STARCRAFT & VIAGGIO Pontoons powered by either HONDA, SUZUKI, YAMAHA or MERCURY outboards.

CABIN RENTALS

  • We have 5 rental CABINS 
  • Reservations are recommended.
  • We accept DISCOVER, MASTERCARD & VISA as well as cash.
  • All rates and times are subject to change. Total rental amount is subject to TN Sales Tax.
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's rent is required to reserve




  • There are a 2-day minimum rental and a 3-day minimum on holidays
  • CHECK-IN is at 2 pm 
  •  CHECK-OUT is at 11 am
  • YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN Linens and Toiletries, i.e. Sheets, Blankets, Towels & Soap EXCEPT IN CABIN #2.

Pontoon Rentals

Pontoon & Jet Ski Rentals

Boats are full of gasoline when rented.  Must refill upon return to the dock.  Life jackets are provided.  Rental Reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation. An additional $50.00 Cleaning/Damage deposit is due when the boat is picked up. This deposit will be returned when the boat is returned clean and damage-free.

Rental Policies

RENTER MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
TN law requires anyone born after January 1, 1989, who rents any type of watercraft to have a BOATING EDUCATION CERTIFICATE. Please be prepared to present proof at the time of rental.

*We only rent during daylight hours. (No overnight rentals)
*Life jackets (PFD's) are provided for the maximum number allowed on the specific boat.
*Boats are full of gasoline. Customer must refill upon returning to dock.
*We will reschedule or refund due to rain if the boat has not left the dock.

*NO alcohol, grills, pets, skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, or towing are allowed.
